The pandemic has caused a lot of delays in our international shipping times but we are using every opportunity to decrease the shipping times as much as possible. We provide Free shipping for every order to all our lovely customers*.
The majority of our merchandise are shipped successfully without incurring any customs fees. However, if you do incur a custom fee we are more than happy to cover 50% of the fee via a partial refund. We would also like to mention that we are not responsible for any delays during custom checks as we have no control over the shipping times once the plushie has shipped out.
In order for us to keep shipping costs low and avoid any customs fees we vacuum pack and ship out our larger plushies in separate parcels, so please take note that your plushies will arrive at different times.

We provide a tracking number for every order with the order confirmation. Please use the tracking number after 1-3 days as we need that time to process your order. If you are unable to track your order, it is mostly due to some technical problem. Please do not panic, you will receive your order. For logistic reasons and to prevent custom fees, we separately pack your items. So, you might receive the products at different times separately even after ordering them together.
WHY IS MY ITEM IS ‘IN-TRANSIT
It has been several days since the information on the tracking system updated and you’re wondering where your plushie maybe? If the tracking site shows the parcel is still in transit, it means that the plushie or package is still being sent to your local courier (USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, Canada Post, etc). Once it arrives the chosen courier will update the tracking information, which will reflect on our systems. Please be patient with our plushies as they travel across the world.
